The conclusion is simple: people buy Commercial edition. It is identical, except some advertisement pages in the end, and costs less. Then why to buy Gov edition? Another quest: how did you find this out? :-) I don't remember replying your poll question about this. I have 2004 and 2005 Commercial edition from Celestaire. Alex.
