I buy the book because I often travel without a computer. Also books don't crash.
Amazon now has a blue cover Commercial edition for sale @ $ 19.77 (US) plus shipping. The 2013 edition cover is very different from the 2012 USNO Nautical Almanac.
Does Amazon's 2013 blue cover book include the same material as 2012 USNO edition (dark blue cover with horizontal gold bars), just a different cover design?
