Re: Name of an American woman lost at sea

I thought the Dutch man lost at sea was named Gerrit-Jan Willerink (a
    typical Dutch name), not Williahey.

One can see Willerink on this plaque, for example:
    http://www.isle-of-wight-memorials.org.uk/churches/cowesholytrinityfastnet.htm

It being written in stone seemed like a good enough reason to correct
the Wikipedia entry, until I noticed a different memorial at the top of
the page had Williahey etched on it:
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1979_Fastnet_race#/media/File:1979_Fastnet_race_memorial.jpg

To confuse things further, John Rousmaniere calls the lost man 'G. J.
Williabey' (with a 'b', not an 'h') in 'Fastnet, Force 10'. He made some
other spelling mistakes with Dutch names in the book, so I'm not sure
    his version is any better:

    https://books.google.be/books?id=nrQXJsUuAl4C&lpg=PA118&dq=williabey&pg=PA118#v=onepage&q=williabey&f=false

Another book, 'Left for Dead', manages to misspell his first name as
    well: Gerit-Jan Williahey.

    https://books.google.be/books?id=N1Kn8n6ZZMoC&lpg=PA285&dq=williahey&pg=PA287#v=onepage&q=williahey&f=false

This happened so recently and already the details are getting all
muddled up in a sort of game of Chinese whispers.

Unfortunaely memory doesn't serve as well as it once did, and I can't recall
her name. Can anyone help with some memory refreshment? Thanks.
