Bil and Frank,
Attached is a simple line drawing of the vial base. A little black, textured spray paint gives it a good look and feel. The size of the windows you cut is up to you. The vials already have baked on enamel scales lines so no scale needs to be added. I also don't show the foam tape along the sides of the vials. So the vial wouldn't stick to the foam spacers I covered the open side with yellow paper as well.
