    Bill,
Sorry about the size of the pictures.
I will reduce them but only next weekend
    (a weak from now):
tomorrow morning I leave for another trip, for
one week. (I returned from Germany last Monday,
but now have to leave for another short trip:
to Chile). The pictures are not made by me.
They are made by my "cabin mate" Ecke who is
    the leftmost on
    http://www.math.purdue.edu/~eremenko/sailing/karin2.jpg
and I am very impressed with his photographer abilities
(and with his equipment). For example, in
    http://www.math.purdue.edu/~eremenko/sailing/sail1.jpg
you can see SEPARATE DROPS of water in the brocken wave,
that is more than you can see with your naked eye:-)
You can also read the degrees on my sextant arc if you
    have a good computer screen:-)
That's why I posted the pictures as they are.
But I will certainly reduce them for fast downloads.
