I have absolute power. Did you know that? Douglas Denny says that I do, and for those of you who are interested in his recent ramblings, I will provide a link to them tomorrow. It's also possible that Denny will email many of you. I have no power over that, of course.
In the meantime, I will demonstrate the FULL EXTENT of my amazing powers over all of you all across the globe... Ready?!
Picture a telescope. Think of any telescope you like. It could be the first telescope you looked through as a kid that gave you your first view of the rings of Saturn ..."they don't look real! It's like they're painted on the lens!", you probably said. Or think of the amazing mountaintop telescopes on the summit of Mauna Kea in Hawaii... Or think of the Hubble Space Telescope, old but still doing great science up there... or picture the design of the over-budget James Webb Space Telescope... or think of the little 3x telescope on the first sextant you ever used...
See?? From thousands of miles away, I CAUSED you all to think of a telescope, probably several in fact. You couldn't help yourself! As soon as you read my words, an image was conjured up in your brains That is the extent of my power over NavList. I can make you think by using words.
