The Power Point Presentation for the 2 Minute Star Finder also has a section on using the SUN for Sun Rise and tracking the Sun by GMT, Height, and bearing till Sun Set. You can start with the Nautical Almanac to place the Sun on the Star Disk for greater accuracy or place the Sun by the below page of the PPP for reasonable accuracy.
