Moon's Augmented/Flattened SD from NA's Correction Tables

Writing this down here because I keep forgetting it.
- Find the first correction for the nearest entry to the altitude of the upper limb
- Simply being somewhere in the right column is usually good enough
- Add 30.0'
- Subtract the correction for an altitude 30' lower (i.e. the approximate altitude of the lower limb
- Add the L correction
- Subtract the U correction
- Divide the result by 2 to get the SD
