    Samuel,

    I usually work out the corrections with a calculator. Here's the values I arrived at for the corrections in the order I apply them:

    Refraction = -0.0167°/tan(H+7.32/(H+4.32)) = -1.7'

    31°01.9' - 1.7' = 31°00.2'

    Parallax in altitude = HP·cos(H) = 50.8'

    31°00.2' + 50.8' = 31°51.0'

    Semi-diameter = 0.2724·HP = 16.2'

    31°51.0' + 16.2' = 32°07.2'

    Regards,

    Sean C.
