    Sam,

Here is a table from H.O. 208 Dreisonstok which is a very quick single entry table to correct refraction and parallax for a bubble or superimposed artificial horizon Moon observation.

    Example for Moon this evening:

    10/5/2014 UT 01:49:12 Moon AH superimposed  34° 10.4' N  119° 13.8' W

    AH Hs 57° 40.7'

                     0.0 I.C.

              57° 40.7' / 2

    Hs          28° 50.3'

Ref Px        +51'     (HP 60) see attached table

    Ho          29° 41.3'

I figured it all out and just did 3 more Moon sight with very good results.

Hs was corrected for IE, Refr, Parallax and SD using the formulas Sean mentioned earlier today.

To check my Hs correction I also used Navsofts "Moon Corrections" pdf which provides one Hs correction figure when entering the table with HP and Hs. That's a pretty fast method.

    Sam
