Look at table II in Nautical Almanac page xxxii. Notice rules for east and west longitude are different. There is also an odd rule at the bottom of the page where the corrections must be reversed. I would just do iterations on a smart phone for time of moon upper limb hs = to zero rather than stumble through the NA table rules.
