    You can still get new freibergers from authorised dealers, at least in Europe.

    I wonder whether Freiberger factory still makes their sextants.
    (I found no proof of this, searching on Internet).

    P.S. But Freibergers and SNO-T's in good condition can be still
    found on e-bay, quite frequently.
