I applied the above Moon correction for center of figure. All values are
decimal degrees. I decided to not show azimuth residuals, because the
same number can be significant, or insignificant, depending on altitude.
Therefore, the "Moon" and "Sun" columns are the separation angles
between the *unrefracted* body centers that Kermit and I compute.

The "alt" columns are the difference in refracted lower limb altitudes
(Kermit - me). The "dist." column is the difference in refracted limb to
limb distance (Kermit - me).

Kermit's table appears to have two typos:
#3 sea level unrefracted Sun center altitude should be 1° greater.
#4 Moon azimuth should be 1° greater.

Those are in a private communication; I don't think the numbers were
included in the table posted to the group.
