I would say that it is VERY likely that your ISP has a spam filter on your email account which is letting some messages through but not all messages. This has happened to me and you should ask your ISP to not do any spam filtering on your account.
I was subscribed to a US government email list where I got some messages, and then a message saying that many other messages had bounced and that I was automatically d!
