    Rick Emerson may not find this subject of interest but he could show a
    little more tolerance toward others that do.
    This discussion has shown up an extraordinary amount of confusion and
    misunderstanding, and any contributions that help to straighten it out can
    do nothing but good.
    As for Rick, if he has nothing to learn, he has only to press his delete button.
