    My "upside down" navigation books are:

    American publications:

    H.O. 214, 208, 216, 220;
    TM 1-205, 1-206.

    English:

    The Observer's Book on Astro-navigation;
    A.P 1618, Astronomical Navigation Tables (similar to H.O 218);

    All other American and English books are "right side up."

    Portuguese:

    Precision Astrolabe.

    French:

    Nouveau Cours de Navigation des Glenans;
    Guide de Navigation at de Toursime de la Polnesie Francise.
