    Method of Lunars
    From: Dan Allen
    Date: 1997 Sep 02, 4:43 PM

Since the method of lunars has been considered obsolete for about a century
now, I have found it hard to get many details on the subject. Can anyone
familiar with the method of lunars give any information about how it works,
and what kinds of calculations must be made in order to figure longitude
    without time?

    Thanks,

    Dan
