Messing with the scale of a plotting sheet
    From: Steve E. Bryant
    Date: 2016 Feb 14, 20:30 -0800

    Dear NavListers,

I want to take a closer look at some three (3) body fixes I have taken.  When plotted, they come out in a tight configuration and I would like to open up the plot by changing the lat/lon scale.  I have plotted the three body fix on a Constant Latitude Scale Small Area Plotting Sheet.  I want to use a larger scale, microscopic, view of the platted fix rather than that of the smaller scale, macroscopic view I typically get with latitude markings that result in a one (1) degree square plotting area.

If I change the longitude scale proportionally to the latitude scale will, I need to be concerned about the scale used to ‘modify or adjust’ the longitude scale relevant to the mid latitude chosen?

    Steve Bryant
