As I suggested in a note to Henry, his problem might lie in software, a lot of which is plain "buggy", which causes all manner of problems and questions.

I've experienced many an odd momwent with Microsoft Internet Explorer, I have version 9 which I believe is the latest version. Additionally Mozilla Firefox, supposedly superior to IE, for reasons unknown to me, at odd moments, ceases to respond, requiring shut-down.

In-so-far as I know, I've had no problems posting on NavList, aside from my really terrible typing, which at one time, was pretty good, alas no more. In any case, the above is a guess on mny part, I'm an "end user" not any kind of computer tech. though computer engineers, scientists and techs I've spoken with have all commented on the crappy nature of so much of the software one comes upon.
