    Meridinal Parts Equation
    From: Maurice Millard
    Date: 1997 Jul 10, 7:19 AM

Please noite a "typo" in Millard Kirk's equation for M, the last term should
    read

             ..... -23.2689 sin L NOT 23.2698

The correct value was used in the example. Oh well, it happens to us all.

Incidentally, are the "Log's" in the equation to base "e" or "10"? I guess I
can figure that out from the example or by checking with the Meridonal parts
    tables.
