Mechanical Maneuvering Board instructions

Does anyone out there have the instructions that are provided with the mechanical maneuvering board as pictured in Figure 2008b of Dutton's "Navigation and Nautical Astronomy", Tenth Edition (1951), known as a Marine Navigation Plotting Board? I am looking for the actual provided instructions for that (or similar) unit, not generic instructions.
