Hi David,
Yes, it is the Bendix version in that photo. It was purchased as a refurbished item in the 1970s, so I am unsure as to the radium paint, but I had seen reference to that prior, and am so warned. Mostly I want to try to figure out how the levers and buttons work. It has a bubble still, but it is too large, so that is probably where I will start with servicing, if I can find a manual.
