    Dear Michael,
Thanks! (I sort of knew about this but forgot).
The book is a part of the Special Collection
(Goss Collection) with very limited access.
You cannot check it out, or even handle it.
You have to make an appointment with a librarian
few days in advance. The librarian will go with you
to the special room, and show you the book without
    allowing you to touch it.
(Which is of course enough to take a brief look
at the table of contents). But I decided that it is
    simpler to ask the list:-)
