While we're discussing navigation textbooks, is anyone familiar with Weems' book on "Marine Navigation"? Few copies seem to have got to the UK, to judge by the second-hand market. It appeared in 1941, and a second edition, written with a co-author, came out around 1952. Weems is probably better known for his stuff on air navigation. Any comments would be welcome.
