Geoff, I agree it is important to respect copyrights. I did not see any copyright on the article I posted, I checked before posting. In fact I believe I would have done ON a disservice by only posting the text - after all there were an amount of advertizing URLs in the posting. The newsletter is a free bi-weekely newsletter - there is no subscription charge (I do have a subscription to Ocean Navigator). Regards, Aubrey.
