To all new list members who might be astonished about the nasty turn this
thread has taken I recommend reading in the archive the posts after No.
3360.
By the way I do not see that George has threatened to sue Frank R, he has
told Mr. Fogg that he thinks that his behavour is actionable; in other words
that he has crossed a line that should not be crossed. To misunderstand this
and the following warning to Frank R as a �threat� is rather strange
considering the fine distinctions that Frank R is able to make ordinarily.
And to Mr. Fogg I recommend that whenever he feels another attack of the
urge to insult other people (�intellectual dishonesty�) he should quietly go
to a corner and wait till its over.

This is familiar behavior. You're using a complaint about an imagined insult
as a RUSE to be insulting yourself. All I can say, George, is 'stick a sock
in it'.

Sorry, George, but ever since you threated to SUE me last fall, my patience
for your style of, shall we say, "debate" has worn rather thin.
