RE "2620 vs 2623":

I hope it is indeed to compensate for the rounding etc. Otherwise it may be typo[s] on Mr Steven Wepster's side (which I doubt!) because his notes to PL table calculation (as I understand them) hint that the PL value on each line is indeed the plog D to use directly - without any angular subtractions and further conversions to plog.
