Approximate location was 37°03.3'N, 076°28.6'W. Height of eye was 45.83ft/13.97m. Apparently nobody else is curious about this -- how and why did you determine height of eye to .01 foot? Note that "All times are LMT (EDT; UT -4)" is self-contradictory. It would be odd to find a clock set to local mean time nowadays. That's what people used before zone time. -- I filter out messages with attachments or HTML.
