I got that, myprediction of MT from sideral time converted into MT is 15-59-08 well corresponding to your ZT.

In all of my posts and exercises, my times will be give in Local Zone time or UTC as noted. In this case it is UTC, as I shot it in the afternoon, just into my PM watch (around 1600 ZT).
