Bruce, Thank you for explaining this. I had seen the reference to the Navigation Foundation and its Navigator's Newsletter and went to the web site, only to discover it was register by check and snail mail and wait for the paper copy, which deterred me (we need not discuss too thoroughly the need for immediate gratification). Perhaps they could see their way to merge with this list. I understand the gooey mess these copyright matters make, and, in fact, had been wondering about whether a publisher would shun George's contributions because they had been previously published on this list (being completely ignorant of prior publication for copyrights as opposed to patents).
