    Lunar distances
    From: Henning Umland
    Date: 1998 Jun 09, 2:15 PM

It may be of interest that various lunar distance methods are described
in "A History of Nautical Astronomy" by Charles H. Cotter.
Unfortunately, this excellent book is out of print. Used examples may
be available through www.amazon.com (I was lucky to get one there).
