George, If it is any help I have a few books that give Lunar Distance calculations. for example Jeans 1876, Mackay 1810, Norie 1805 and Norie 1896. They are quite wordy of course but if there is anything particular you want they might be scan-able. The spines are pretty tired on some of them of course so it might be a long-hand job.
