Lunar and Solar upper limb observations and cel nav videos
    From: Mike Burkes

Hi folks 2 questions to pose:Most nav texts discuss lower and upper
limb obs but the "swinging the arc" diagrams and explanations only
pertain to lower limb. I probably am missing something obvious but can
you folks describe the upper limb "swinging the arc"procedure, i.e.,
    point of tangency, etc?
In this day and age of computer generated animations I have only been
able to find a very limited no.of cel nav videos, namely Mr. Buckley's
and a Magic Lamp one and about 40 dollars price. They are very well
presented but limited to solar obs( probably lower limb obs!). It
would be pretty cool to see lunar distance, interstellar angles,
twilight star and planet obs in video presentation. If anyone has info
on this it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much.
