I saw a "halo" around the moon tonight (approx. 37°03.3' N, 76°28.6' W; 2019, Sep. 15th @ 0600 UT). Last time I saw one must have been the early nineties in roughly the same area. Luckily I had a camera* this time. The pictures don't do it justice (as always). But at least you can see it is there.
