    I took the value given in Encyclopedia Britannica, 1960
    and rounded to as many digits as needed to be sure that
    the formula is sufficiently precise.

    In my message "approximate" means
    "the digit of 1/10's of a minute is
    correct". That is the error less than 0.05'
