Fred,

Thanks for the comeback - I sent the format again; this time done in
Excel and pasted. It printed off fine prior to transmission, but when
received by me via email was again pretty much screwed up, with the
columar order all over the place - if anyboy is really interested, I'll
be glad to persue the matter further. Thanks again.
