    Don't get agitated behind this.  The response you received was a bit harsh. If you want that book, get it.  I poked around and couldn't find it, except for those 9 pages on line.  Frank is right, it doesn't really exist.  But there are other books which may wet your whistle.

    If you really want a proper reference/learning book, I would recommend Dutton's Navigation and Piloting.  It is what the US Naval Academy used to train officers, from back in the day before GPS.   The military breaks everything down into tiny bite sized chunks.  If its explainable, Dutton explains it.  They go second hand for very few bucks.

    From Frank, it appears that the thing is not a book at all, I thought it was. Seems that it is/was a program, one that has been around for a number of years. I was however not aware of it, which might go to show how much I know.
