    Thanks for your time and your reply.

    Yes !!!! your " Small white sundeck on south side of route 6A " is perfectly visible on Google Earth at

    42 03'42.20" N 070 09'37.27" W

    (you may copy-paste this previous line onto Google Earth).

    as it also seems to fully match all your descriptions, including being just off the road south of the "Breakwater Motel".

    Using decimal minutes, your position is 42°03'7033 N and 070°09'62117, which we can then easily use to compare with previous LAN results.

    I had computed your position as being 42°02'3 N and 70°04'6 W.

    Therefore, the difference in Latitude is 1'4 and

    the difference in Longitude is 5'3,

    i.e. both lie well within the +/- 2'7 and +/- 10'5 respective limits which I had computed as representing 3 Sigma uncertainties.
