Attached is my solution to Jeremy's data. Author's method is fine for the intended purpose - emergency navigation - let's not try to do brain surgery with a chain saw. I get W 61d 05m for his example, using my graphic calculator. No electrons died when doing my solutions.
Thanks for the real world data, Jeremy, with GPS coordinates to compare.
