Tony,
There's reference data enough in the spreadsheet. Go to the "Local Circumstance" tab. Click "Clear Local Circumstances" and then "Compute Local Circumstances". If you get the same numbers back then that is working.
Go to the 'Find Longitude" tab. If you click "Find Longitude" and nothing happens it probably means it works (the same numbers are being over written). To be sure delete the numbers (only the numbers) in rows 15 to 17 and then click "Find Longitude".
