Frank, Thanks for your explanation. As I said, I've seen the movie from a Russian pirate site (in Russian translation), and there was no indication of the existence of a second part. I found the movie moderately interesting. Perhaps could be recommended to the members of the list. And I agree that it distorts the history. But it was interesting to learn something about Gould, whose book I like. BTW, a new book on chronometers is coming soon, by Bill Morris. Alex.
