    Hi all:

    Thanks four the feedback.

I can see that what has generated more interest is the randomization of the initial globe position.

If wanting to limit the latitude range to more "navigational" areas (even though as we all know climate change is altering this pretty fast), the line for the latitude can be altered for example to :rand120-60=A. This also will decrease the perception of locations being concentrated near the poles.

Again, the purpose was to generate "randomly" (keeping in mind that in computers this comes from a formula), a Position with three faked GPs with their respective GHA, Ho and Dec (with Ho values 15-75 and Zs 90-120 from each other), to be used to test CelNav programs. If you come across an instance of a position where the values do not make sense please let me know and should help me to better tune the program.

    Thanks again.

    Marco
