                           WELCOME TO NAVIGATION-L
                   THE NON-ELECTRONIC NAVIGATION EMAIL LIST
Navigation-L is a list is dedicated to the study and discussion of all
methods and techniques of the art of non-electronic navigation. Our
aim is to practice and study the traditional navigation techniques.
All topics involving non-electronic navigation are acceptable.
We are open to all levels of navigation knowledge from beginners to
experts. We hope that you participate in the discussions on the list.
For sale posts, among list subscribers, are permitted on an occasional
basis, NOT as a routine business.
Post all navigation questions and discussions to the list. Take off
topic discussions offline. When quoting a message, quote sparingly!
Quote only enough to make your reply intelligible to those that may
not have seen the original message. You don't need to quote an entire
message to say "Me too". Naturally bathroom words are not acceptable
    among gentlemen.
Please, DO NOT post attachments to the list. Either ask if any are
interested and send direct or provide an access site.
We highly recommend that you read and save the acceptance message from
listserv@XXX.XXX It contains information on using the
    listserv.
The Navigation-L subscription list access is limited to the list owner,
and requires a password, so spam SHOULD be minimum.
