Trevor- So, you've only seen it in Germany? Not in Canada? Anyplace else in the EU? Anything by our members in the UK? My point was that here among US sailors, it has never [sic] been seen in domestic waters. When I ask fellow sailors, they tend to be fellows not aliens. As Einstein said, everything is relative.
