    I won't argue as I'll admit I'm not an expert at that but I am fairly
    experienced at lightning grounding via my amateur radio background and
    trust me gang, wrapping an oxidized chain around the base of my tower
    and not providing a very low resistance path for the energy to follow
    toward ground is not the answer.  Good luck to all, Phil
