Works fine for me with firefox 3.0.19, I don't have skype on this machine. My portable, with skype, acts as you described above. Chad is country code 235 I seem to remember that the 00 was the exit code (for out-of-country dialing) in the US and around the world. . It has been changed to 011 in North America. I wonder why the 00 35 04 is being taken as Gibralter as its code is 350.
