This is a little late, but here are my Silicon Sea Leg 55 results. The first four answers I have previously posted. 1. DR Mar 16 2101Z = 47 20 S 122 52 W. Local time 8 h behind Greenwich. 2. TC to 52 30 S 100 00 W = 109, distance = 932 nm. 3. Compass course = 82. 4. DR Mar 17 0250 Z = 47 42 S 121 20 W. (the following answers I have not posted before) 5. Fix at 0250 Z = 47 03 S 118 28 W. DR was way off. My initial reduction with the Nautical Almanac tables put the LOPs all over the ocean. I recomputed the sights with HO 211 and got better results. Intercepts were very long due to the bad assumed position. So the fix was sloppier than I like, but I was too lazy to re-work the sights from a better AP. 6. DR after 81 hours = 52 40 S 99 44 W. 7. Time after 81 hours = Mar 20 1150 Z, 0450 ZT
