Here's an audio file, zipped, that duplicates some of the sounds of WWV. The original is from freesound.org. If you're not sure if you count seconds well enough, play this over and over until the tick-tick of it drives you a little crazy. Then you'll be able to replay it in your head when counting off seconds. It really works, far better than that "one one-thousand" stuff they teach us as kids. :)
