    Begging your pardon, but my copy of the 2000 OFA is in front of me and all is 
    correct. The top of page 67 even begins with the heading "February hath 29 
    days". Does your copy differ, or is this just a circulating legend?

    29th this year, I'm real curious to see the net's response to this issue!
