    Those are fine, but as I noted I am dependent on Nautical Almanac data, and so I also need the 2008 date to get GHA. I can assume that it's December 24, where the equation of time is close to zero and the declination is S23°24.3', with d of -.1'. But there are enough assumptions already. I would prefer the data in simple form, since finding an Excel program is a chore.
